Dr. Esam joined KidsHeart Medical Center team in October 2020, He have achieved the Bachelor’s Degree of internal medicine & surgery from faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, Egypt in 1994.
He obtained his Master Degree in Cardiology from Al Zagazig University, Egypt in 2002.
He obtained Membership in internal medicine from the Royal College of Physicians in London, UK in 2008.
He has been working in the field of Cardiology since 18 years and has held numerous medical positions at various levels for many years in several hospitals and clinics in the Middle East.
Dr. Esam has an extensive experience in the following:
- Diagnosis and treatment of Angina & coronary artery diseases using ECG, Treadmill Stress Test and CT coronary angiography
- Diagnosis and treatment of Valvular heart diseases, Cardiomyopathy and Heart Failure using Transthoracic Echocardiography and cardiac MRI
- Diagnosis and treatment of Hypertension using 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
- Diagnosis and treatment of palpitations and irregular heartbeats using 24/48 hours ECG Holter monitoring and cardiac even monitoring
- Diagnosis and treatment of Hypercholesterolemia
- Cardiac Rehabilitation and prevention of cardiovascular diseases
