Dr Mohamed Abdelbadie Ismail is a Psychiatrist in Abu Dhabi at Kids Heart Medical Center – Abu Dhabi, and the Heart Medical Center – Al Ain. He is an Egyptian Board Certified Psychiatrist. He received his MBBch in Medicine in 2002 and his Fellowship degree from The Egyptian Board in 2010.
Abdelbadie has been certified as a consultant psychiatrist in the Egyptian Syndicate since 2017, and was honored by the attainment of American Psychiatric Association International Membership in 2018.
He completed his residency training in one of the oldest and largest tertiary psychiatric hospitals in Cairo, Al-Khanka Psychiatric Hospital, and started his professional career in the largest tertiary psychiatric hospital in the Gulf region, Taif Mental Health Hospital.
Not only has Dr. Mohamed worked as a senior registrar in hospitals in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Khorfakkan, Sharjah, and Al Ain, he has participated as a speaker in several international conferences about different psychiatric disorders and treatments, and has contributed to scientific research.
He received additional training courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and treatment with ECT from The College of Psychiatrists of Ireland, and Motivational Interviewing Center for Motivational and Change, Netherlands, and the MINT Arabia community.
Dr Mohamed Abdelbadie is an expert in the field of adult and adolescent psychiatry especially in treating personality, mood, depression, anxiety, sleeping, and eating disorders. Additionally, diagnosis and management of early psychosis. He adopts an approach that is based on a combination of the psyche, the soma, and the spirit through both scientific and philosophical overviews.
